Real Support for Real Family Mealtimes

I'm Marina Tomasella, a qualified nutritionist with over a decade of experience supporting children's health and wellbeing, working alongside parents and educators to build the foundations for good nutrition from the very start.

As a mum to two young boys, I understand the real-life challenges of feeding children, including navigating fussy eating with my own son. I bring not only that lived experience, but also extensive expertise supporting parents and families to find their way out of the frustration, stress and overwhelm of feeding fussy eaters.

Many parents already know what a healthy diet looks like, the real challenge lies in helping their child develop the skills and confidence to eat it. Through my many years working in children's nutrition, I've come to truly believe that the work we do now, while our children are young, sets them up to eat well as adults. How we support them to learn to eat well, to tune in and listen to their appetite, and to become courageous enough to try a range of new foods, makes all the difference.

My goal in starting Feed & Nurture is to create a space and community of parents who care about supporting their children to learn and develop the skills to eat well. We care about our children's future health and wellbeing, and are committed to laying the foundations here in childhood that will serve them well into the future.
