Feed confidently, nurture healthy eaters.

Welcome to Feed & Nurture! I’m Marina, founder of Feed & Nurture and a qualified nutritionist and naturopath with over a decade of experience in children’s health. As a children’s nutritionist, I’ve worked with hundreds of families, childcare services and preschools, helping both educators and parents gain the skills they need to manage tricky mealtime moments and support good nutrition.

Over the years I’ve learned something most nutrition advice misses: knowing what to feed your kids isn’t the hard part. It’s knowing how. That truth became even more real to me as a parent. My own two boys have challenged me with fussy eating, food refusals, and every tricky mealtime moment in between. It’s what led me to found Feed & Nurture.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition science with the practical, in-the-moment tools parents actually need — so you can respond to mealtime challenges with confidence instead of second-guessing yourself. The goal isn’t just a healthier plate. It’s helping your child build a genuinely positive relationship with food: becoming an adventurous, confident eater who feels safe exploring new tastes and textures, at a pace that’s right for them.

Together, we can take small, achievable steps towards healthier, more positive mealtimes:

  • Making small, sustainable tweaks that boost nutrition

  • Knowing what to say (and what to avoid) when mealtimes get tricky

  • Introducing new foods in ways that support kids to explore and accept

  • Managing treat foods without creating conflict or increasing their appeal

  • Understanding underlying factors that may be contributing to feeding difficulties

  • Offering the right choices at the right times
